Product: Deskjet 2700
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
Hello,
I've been having print issues in the last few weeks.
I've tried:
- Aligning the printhead (through an option in HP App)
- Clean the ink cartridge (through an option in HP App)
- Inserted a brand new HP instant ink cartridge
- Take cartridge out, and clean the electronics both on the cartridge and in the printer with microfiber cloth & distilled water as guidance.
I've tried contacting HP Support, however the HP agent stopped replying & ditched me after the cleaning with distilled water did not work.
I've also got "HP Care Pack 3 Years (Next Business Day)" warranty, but not sure it means anything as the HP agent just ignored and ghosted me.
Does anyone know how can I fix my printer? Find photos below.
I have a Deskjet 2700 with HP Instant Ink.
