I've tried uninstalling drivers, and removing the printer altogether and everything and it still won't print double-sided. It use too and I can't figure out why it decided to stop. I've already tried shutting down the printer and restarting it. I even have it selected to print double-sided and it still doesn't.

Yes, this printer supports printing on both sides. Kindly refer to - Print on both sides of the paper with an HP printer

I've tried all types. and I use Chrome for printing from my PC. I tried the hp app and it works, but I primarily use chrome and it worked a few weeks ago but now it doesn't.
I can also print double-sided from my phone and it works just fine for printing double-sided.

One possibility is that the paper type or size you have selected is not supported for duplex printing. If you see the duplex option in the print driver but the printer refuses that is a very likely answer. The printers are smart enough to know which paper types are either too heavy or too small or large to be supported and will revert to single sided if you try duplexing to one of those papers.
