I am having trouble getting the printer alignment page to scan to complete the printer alignment process.  I've printer three different alignment pages and ensure it is correctly placed on the scanner bed.  I've noticed the alignment page is only printed in black ink, no other colors are on the page.  Could this be the problem?Alignment pageAlignment page

The alignment process needs both black and cyan to be printing properly.  It appears your cyan cartridge is not printing properly. (Based on the correct red print in the "IMPORTANT!" note at the bottom left your magenta and yellow are printing properly.) The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve cyan not printing on your Officejet Pro 6968 printer.  Go through the steps in order.
