Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e All-in-One Printer

The HP website says my warranty start date is March 5, 2024...which puts me out of warranty.

I bought the printer from BJ's on June 3, 2024...I should still be covered by warranty.

Can HP help with this?  Or, do I go to BJ's? 

Help?  Anyone?

PS.. The printer displays a constant "printer door open" message and will not do anything...my door is closed, checked it about 10 times.
