Printer was working perfectly fine last week. Suddenly I had an issue with the printouts skipping lines. I went to the HP site and saw there was an issue with WIN10 updates. My laptop had just done an update the night before the print issue was noticed. I followed steps to update my printer. Once complete, I had "photo tray blocked" problems which I cannot resolve. Is there a fix? If not, it seems reasonable to ask HP to fix or replace the printer since it is now unusable through no fault of mine.
