Multiple linked problems. Firstly, despite careful cleaning of the paper pickup rollers the printer always fails with "please load paper". The pickup rollers are, of course, hard to get at. Second, after this the control panel is unresponsive - indeed, on ANY error it is impossible to acknowledge and continue: the panel doesn't respond to any input. Finally, if I ever do manage to get it to accept that there is paper, it starts spitting out endless blank sheets. The only way to stop this seems to be to pull the paper out of the input tray - it won't even switch off. Finally, this printer, and its predecessor (failed under warranty) will never wake from sleep, it has to be manually powered off and on again. It then complains that I pulled the power cord ((I didn't), so I have to do the power cycle twice. Given all of this it can easily take an hour to print a single sheet!.
