Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Printer has been working great. The other day, I sent a mail merge of 19 #10 envelopes to it, and it printed 16 then jammed. I have been unable to print anything since, either the same envelopes or standard 8.5x11 paper. The first page it attempts to print always jams. I’ve followed all of the jam instructions to no avail. I have no idea what to do. Please help.
