my ADF quit working. It is grayed out as an option on my computer.

I have tried every reset option multiple times.

There is no error message, no paper jam message… Just will not recognize there is anything in the ADF

everything I can find seems to think it needs a memory reset that the memory is locked.

I have unplugged it and plugged it back in. I have removed it from the computer and re-added it. I have checked for dirt on the rollers and put paper through manually along the paper path. I did a factory reset.

I have had other issues that have always been resolved with unplugging it and plugging it back in after 60 seconds.

Does anyone have any other ideas on how to get the memory to reset?.

I do wireless printing (Wi-Fi). I went and looked for drivers and there are not any applicable and I think I have to be directly connected to the Wi-Fi for drivers.

Other than that, you're probably right.

I believe what started it was a paper did not go through and I pulled it backwards out. There were no tears or holes in the paper.

Thank you
