Hello,

The printer at my office had some small plastic piece break inside the ADF that was part of the system that detects documents. They shoved a Q-tip and a paper towel into the ADF in a specific way that made it default to the flat scanner. I tried to fix the ADF by removing the Q-tip. This made the entire situation worse and now the printer always tries to use the ADF, and cannot "see" any document that is inserted.  Meaning that we are left with almost no avenues to scan or copy.

Is there a way to fully disable the ADF or make the printer default to the flat scanner in the settings? I've looked through every menu and weird work-around I've found online to no avail.

Thank you.
