Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! The document feeder (ADF) has never worked on my Officejet Pro. I've been able to survive without it, but now I could really use it. Is there a setting or something somewhere that would keep this from working? There have been no paper jams or other issues with the printer. In fact, I'm really loving it and it would be valuable to get the ADF working.

 

What I've tried so far:

Unplugging and restarting printer

Plugging directly into an outlet instead of a power strip

Cleaning printer and ADF heads

Removing and re-installing printer software

Updating to the latest firmware an software available online
