There should be a blue tab on the left front of the tray that you press to move the slide in and out to change from letter to legal and back again.

Hi @rzeke,

I'd like to help!

To assist better -

  1. Could you brief me on the issue?
  2. Are you unable to print on a particular paper size?
  3. Are you able copy/print using the printer?
  4. Are you receiving any error messages?
  5.  What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I need to know how to push the tab forward in the paper drawer for 8 1/2 x 11 paper instead of 8 1/2 x 14 paper to prevent misfeeding.

Thanks. It worked and was simple. I was making it harder than it was meant to be.
