Help aligning my printer!! How do I go about doing this? Not having much luck with HP customer support

Hi,

Open the HP Smart app and from within the Print Quality Toolbox run an Alignment Page.

The alignment page option does not show up on my HP Smart App - running from my iPhone.

Hi @sLawrence,

If you cannot locate the option there, click on Printer settings tile and select Advanced Settings, then open the Tools tab.

There look for Utilities or Service and select

the Align option within the Print Quality toolbox.
