Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8740 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8740 that has a "carriage cannot move" error.  I have looked everything over and cannot find any jam.  I have also tried all of the troubleshooting steps I could find online with no success.  At this point, I would like to send (or take) the printer to a service center with the hope of getting it repaired. The printer is out of warranty, but I am willing to pay for the repair.  I have not been able to find any authorized service centers for inkjet printers.  I have gone to many local places, but none of them service HP printers.  Can anyone tell me where I might be able to find someone who will service this printer?
