Check the printer driver and make sure that it still knows it has a duplexer. It is common for features to get "lost" during Windows updates. On your computer go to control panel>devices and printers and then right click on the icon for your printer and select "printer properties" from the drop down menu. Little on the device settings tab and scroll down till you find duplex option and make sure it shows as installed. If it does not, use the drop down menu to switch it back on.
