I have a bit of shipping label stuck on the one area I can't access. It's under the part that pops out to normally clear a jam. Not on the roller, but curved piece that the paper goes against as it flows thru the system. Any ideas on how to access or clear a bit of stuck label? I was able to release the lid so I can get a better look, but because its a sticky label, I can't tug it out. I can barely see it, tried tweezers, but it just tears bits of label and doesn't pull the whole piece off? I also tried Goo Gone with a Q tip to see if it would dissolve the gummed piece of label. No luck. Of course it's a few months beyond warranty still almost new and service would probably cost me more than the printer did///UGH>

In this situation you are stuck with really one option. You need to moisten the stuck label with some WD40 and let it sit for a few hours. This will dissolve the glue and allow you to remove the bit of label. Do not just spray WD40 into the printer. You need to use either a cotton swab or some type of material that can hold a drop of fluid so you can apply it.  After that push some heavier paper through to clear out any residue.
