Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

Good morning, all

My printer has been jamming for a couple of weeks, and I may have put too much paper in the tray. So I took the paper out, but it kept jamming in the document area. I had my computer guy come over to upgrade my computer, and he looked at it and told me that there was a broken piece under the cartridge; that's why it keeps jamming. So, I need my printer fixed. It's still under warranty.
