Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

inside the printer just above the steel bar above where the paper rolls out there's a thin 6mm wide plastic strip runs from end to end and is held in place by a metal tab.The material has spilt and it's come loose. Do you have a part number for this item please? Thanks
