Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Paper feed rollers don't seem to turn so paper won't feed. Then get "Clear paper jam" message but there is no paper jam.  I've all but taken this printer apart.  Any help?

 

I know it's an OLD printer, but I am OLD also.

It's not old it's poorly designed, you will hardly make it back to work.
