I purchased CF404A paper bin to attach to my Laser Jet Pro MFP-479fdw.  The printer fits perfectly onto of the bin, but I can open the drawer to insert the paper.  I removed the printer to see if there was any tape holding the drawing in place and did not find any.  I pressed the blue tab inside which releases the front panel about 3 inches to insert legal paper but the draw will not pull out to insert the paper.  Is there something that the instruction left out that I need to do to be able to open the drawer?  Help!

Your post is a little confusing?  If you are able to open the drawer far enough to see the legal tray extension button, the tray is probably working properly. These trays do have a stopper to prevent you from pulling the tray directly out. You must lift the front of the tray slightly while pulling out to clear these stoppers. The stoppers are to prevent someone from accidentally pulling a fully loaded tray right out and dropping it.
