CP2025

The CP2025 printer printed out one color test page from the console and then printed a B&W page.  I tried the cleaning process and a page got jamed. After fixing the jam one piece of paper came out while cleaning but now it will not feed paper AT ALL.

What are all of the steps I can do to get my CP2025 working again.

To get your CP2025 working, first, power off and unplug the printer. Next, thoroughly check all paper trays and the paper path (front, back, and duplexer if applicable) for any remaining paper fragments, especially near the paper pick-up rollers; even a tiny piece can stop feeding. Clean the paper pick-up rollers using a lint-free cloth lightly dampened with water or isopropyl alcohol, as they may be dirty or glazed from the jam. Finally, check that the paper is loaded correctly, not overfilled, and that the paper guides are snug against the stack. If the issue persists, the pick-up rollers themselves may need replacement.
