Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Dear HP Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to report an issue with one of your machines. The cutter is not functioning correctly—it is not cutting the pages properly, and we are frequently experiencing paper jams during operation. This is causing disruption in our workflow and delays in our production.
Could you please advise on how to proceed with service technician to inspect and resolve the problem
Below are the machine details for your reference:
Model: HP DESIGNJET T830 36' MFP
Serial Number: CN267CM097
We would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
Thank you,
NARSHI DEVDA
