Product: Envy Photo 7134
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

I hope some can help me. I have an Envy Photo 7134. It will not pick up photo paper. Tried everything on You Tube and other advice. Very frustrated with this printer as less than 6 months old.

I understand the printer is not picking the photo papers. To assist you better, what type and size of photo paper are you using?

Kindly refer to the product specifications to know the supported paper types and sizes. 

Which app are you using to print?

 

Perform step 1 from this document. Make sure the photo papers are properly loaded - Loading Paper, Cards, Envelopes

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your Mac.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Also, check for any software updates on Mac

Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.
