Product: OfficeJet Pro 8025e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I have QuickBooks and use wallet checks - there are three per page. On my previous 6000 series printer, I could print one or two checks - but now on my BRAND NEW 8025e, I'm getting errors because it can't talk with QuickBooks about the page size. It seems to be 8.5 x 11 or no go. I don't want to waste single or double pages of checks. I've entered a custom size for a single check (8.5 x 5.25) from the QuickBooks end, but the printer isn't recognizing it. This is not acceptable.
