Cannot Print #10 Envelope

M401n  will not print on envelopes

Using WORD to do a mailing merge.  All options have been  chosen for a #10 envelope print.  The M401n will manually feed from Tray 1 and Tray 2 but will not print.  If I put letter paper in tray 2 and a option for manual feed Tray 1 the merge print will print on letter size paper.

I tried again with manual feed Tray 1 option chosen. Also had #10 envelopes in Tray 1 and Tray 2.  the orange light came on and I pressed it envelope fed from Tray 2.  I pressed the orange manual feed  three times.  the same result:  envelope fed no print on envelopes.  So I filled Tray 2 with letter paper, pressed the orange light and the letter paper fed and printed the information that should have been printed on envelope.
