My printer printed one page, then a paper jam happened. I removed the paper from the back of the printer, the paper did not tear. Now I have an error stating 'carriage jam - open door. clear carriage jam, and then press OK to continue'. I have done this about 6 times now, and see no jams/paper. I have unplugged the printer from the back, and from the outlet. When I try to turn off the printer, it sits and says 'shutting down', but doesn't. I appreciate any advice 🙂
