HP Recommended
Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

Carriage Jam message.

But there is no paper jam or debris in the track... all clean.  

Updated drivers, etc.

No change.

Shut down, unplug, reset.

No change.  

Ideas?
