One of the reasons I bought this printer was because it could (supposedly) print on note cards.  I am unable to do so.

Paper size is set to the custom size in the printer interface from Word.  I've selected the notecard size and heavier weight from the printer men (Tray 1,  manual feed).  The card feeds, but then never makes it through the printer, and lands in the compartment above Tray 2, has not printed at all.  No matter what combination of settings I use, it never makes it further than that location.

Is there a solution?

Too heavy paper. Cut the plain paper to size and print on it for testing purposes.

Thanks for the quick reply and suggestion.  I tried it.  Same result, regular paper cut to note card size also hangs up in the printer, has to be cleared.

Still looking for a solution.

What size is your note card? Paper may be too short and does not feed because rollers in printer are too far apart.
