Hi, I'm looking for some advice. I'm looking to be able to print on Mulberry rice paper which has a GSM between 25 and 45.  The printer type I need would need to be a Colour Laserjet. A scan facility might be useful, though not essential. The print resolution would need to be 600 DPI minimum, but preferably go up to 1200 dpi for some intricately detailed prints.  The highest size printer paper I need to print on is A4. I would be printing mainly images.  (Photographs or Wall art).  I'm looking for recommendations of printers available for me to buy locally in Rhodes (Greece).  All of the printers I have found locally I have not found a straight paper path on them. Any advice appreciated.

Very few printers have a truly straight print path these days, this is partially the result of the effort to make printers as small as possible. You are likely going to have to find a dealer that has demo stock that you can test on as paper that light is supported but MIGHT work. In your shoes, I would not purchase any product without seeing it actually work with the media you want to use.
