Product: HP Latex 115 Print and Cut Plus Solution
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently - in the last month - purchased and set up an HP 115 print and cut bundle.

 

I've done all calibrations MULTIPLE times. Tried custom settings for my vinyl. Still experiencing CONSTANT print head crashes and poor print quality with dots all in the printed material indicating clogged print heads. This printer is BRAND NEW. Completely and totally unacceptable.

 

I am at my limit trying to navigate HP Support. When I go to contact a live agent online, it says my HP115 Print and Cut Solution IS NO LONGER SERVICED BY HP. WHAT?!?!? I just spent over $11,000 and had a brand new bundle delivered to me for you to tell me I can't contact support because its not longer serviced? We're about to have some serious problems if I do not get the support I need immediately.
