HP Recommended

My HP Envy 4520 will not copy. The printer will print directly from online materials but will not print from the Copy function. Paper is ok but I get a message saying that the copy function does not Copy does not support B5 (ISO). !?!  I’ve unplugged , plugged, and restored to factory settings. Nothing works. And, I can’t find an HP phone # to talk to a human🤯

Hi,

Please open and close the paper tray and evaluate the shown prompt, be sure to click No or Edit and change the correct paper size and type (likely Plain Paper and US Letter would be the correct value for a standard size US paper size.
