HP Tango

I'm trying to print 4'' by 3.5'' placecards with my HP tango. I set up the custom paper dimensions but when I print, the paper stops and the error for wrong paper size comes up. I tried both directions for printing but neither have worked.

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

 

Your little paper is "too small" -- the printer cannot print on this size.
