DOES HP DESKJET 2131 PRINTER SUPPORTS A5 PAPER?

I am unable to print A5 paper in my HP Deskjet 2131 as the inserted papers are either getting jammed inside or not getting printed properly. I am not able to understand whether the printer supports A5 paper or not. Kindly suggest any possible solution

According to the Specifications, yes - paper size A5 is supported in Plain Paper format / weight.

The type of paper and the amount of ink you are using affects output tray capacity. HP recommends emptying the output tray frequently.

Lacking a way to alert the printer to the paper size and type,

I would guess that the job configuration setup must be expected to load the paper and print on the A5 paper.
