What type of media? Have you confirmed that the media is supported by this printer. If this is a specialized media, I suggest you try some standard plain paper to see if that eliminates the issue. If this is plain paper, what storage was it exposed to. Damp curled media may cause a problem, regardless of whether it is supported or not.
