Deskjet 3630 Keeps saying out of paper

I cannot print anything from any device. It keeps saying it's out of paper when it is not. I have tried every troubleshooting option there is and nothing is working. 

I've reset the printer entirely, I've cleaned the rollers, changed the paper, it won't even print a test paper. I cannot get passed this error, is there anything else I can do?
