HP DeskJet 3630 All-in-One Printer

Hoping someone can help. I lost the cable to my printer due to a house refurb last year and just got around to buying a replacement. Plugged it in, it turns on OK but when I tried to print, either from my laptop or a test page it feeds the paper in a tiny bit and sounds like it's going through the motions of printing but the paper isn't fully inserted so nothing happens. I have the dreaded E4 printing error so went online and found a helpful guide which I followed (https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04596539) and then cleaned the paper rollers and ink smears, turned it off and on again, hard reset it as well, but it's still not feeding the paper through. I also have a strange icon on the display which I cannot find anywhere online. I uploaded a picture, it's the one I put a red marker on. Anyone know what it means and is it related?

I appreciate any advice or tips to resolve this. Thanks in advance!
