HP Pro 9015, about 2 years old, used very little. error message:  "Document Feeder Jam" there is no paper in the document feeder (the paper was retrieved fully in tack), but the printer thinks there is paper stuck - there is not. I have opened up everything and have turned it off/on. Can I do a factory reset to get rid of this error message?

Does this happen from the scanner glass too?

Try the steps from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-9010-all-in-one-printer-series/23903057/model/...

It is possible that one of the flags for the paper path got jammed while removing the jam. What I recommend is to get a stiffer piece of paper that is about an inch wide and then force it through in the normal path of travel. Refeed it until you have "flossed" the entire width of the feeder.
