Product: ENVY Photo 7855
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Document feeder was working well until a few hours ago.  Now there is no ding when I insert documents and it wont pick them up.  The scanner is working fine from the flatbed. The "document feeder scanner when loaded" option is entered in the source field.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  

This seems like a hardware issue with the printer. If you have already performed the steps from the document ADF does not pick paper or feeds in too many sheets and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
