HP ENVY Photo 6234 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When printing photos the area being printed does not line up with the paper being fed through.  For example on borderless A4 portrait the top half inch or so is blank and the bottom half inch is missing because it's off the paper. This occurs when being printed from my windows laptop and android phone.

However if I print an email it fills the paper.

Whats at fault here? Is it the printer or something else? Can it be fixed? I don't want to buy a new printer and the problem is still there.

Hello,

The issue might be with your printer settings. Here’s what you can try:

Check printer settings for paper size and type.

Update the printer firmware.

Clean the paper feed rollers.

Reinstall the printer software.

Run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool.
