Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

Need to print #10 envelope.  Loading an envelop in the photo feed tray flap up & left.  Trying to print using Word on mac.  I have selected the #10 envelop option in the print section of word and word shows the proper setup in the print preview.  However, the photo feed tray dances in and out as it should but ends up making an awful ratcheting sound and fails to load the envelope.  The printer then issues a notice to load 8.5X11 paper.
