I keep attempting to print a document, but the printer keeps jamming. I've opened the printer, removed the jam multiple time. I am not able to see any obstructions, but it keeps jamming. Any suggestions?

@SherLoch, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
That sounds incredibly frustrating! 😩 If your HP ENVY keeps jamming despite clearing it multiple times and finding no visible obstructions, there are a few things worth checking.
Sometimes, tiny bits of torn paper get stuck deep inside the rollers, so using a flashlight to inspect every corner, including the rear access area can help.
Even if there’s no paper, dirty rollers might be the culprit. Try cleaning them gently with a lint-free cloth and a bit of distilled water or rubbing alcohol, then let them dry completely before trying again.
If it's still happening, a simple printer reset might do the trick
- Turn off the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
- Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back in.
- Turn on the printer.
Also, checking for a firmware update from HP’s website could help if it's a software issue. You may refer to this guide on how to update the printer firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Support

Hopefully, this helps get your printer running smoothly again! 🤞
