Product: Envy Photo 7855
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been using the Envy Photo 7855 for over a year now so believe I have been loading the way I should. I am using "HP Photo paper 4x6 size" and after loading I keep getting a message when trying to print to load with 4x6 paper. I reduced the stack and even tried a single sheet and still does it. But if I print a full size photo on full size paper it works fine. Any help?

When did this start happening? Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
