Hello AAA1Business;
You can try the following:
- Always use Original HP cartridges that are not empty nor expired.
- Make sure you use paper that is within the specifications for this printer, like letter size, 20 pounds.
- Turn the printer off.
- Clear the paper jam and check the printer for other sheets in the paper path.For troubleshooting steps, go to: HP PageWide 300, 400, 500 series - Resolve paper jams,"Print Zone" jams, and "0x61000013" errorIf no paper is found inside the printer continue to the next step.
- Turn the printer on. If the paper jam is detected and cannot be removed and your printer is still under warranty, you can call tech support for more investigation. If your printer is out of warranty, please take the unit to a Certified Repair Center for inspection.
- Power Drain unit:
- Turn the printer off.
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer, then wait 10 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord, and then turn ON the printer.
- Repeat these steps up to three (3) times if error does not clear
- Perform a power drain without the print cartridges:
- Turn the printer off and remove the cartridges.
- Turn the printer ON, then insert cartridges once the display prompts to insert cartridges.
- Wait for Ready status and perform a test print
- If above instructions do not resolve the issue and your printer is still under warranty, you can call tech support for further investigation. If your printer is out of warranty, please take the unit to a Certified Repair Center for inspection.

That error code does not appear in the troubleshooting document. Can you confirm that the error is XC6FRxxxxx
The R does not appear to be valid or a known error. Typically there would be a D in that location.
