I started out clearing a paper jam error message and to thought the carriage was jammed.  Then it changed to a printhead error. Then it said ink cartridge problem. However the cartridges are stuck under plastic. Removing the screws I can get to the cartridge to unlock and lock them in place. The error has changed from several cartridge to just one. How do I get the cartridges to move on the carriage? I would rather give it to someone who can use it rather than recycle it.
