Hi @Manav83,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you're still encountering error code 06 on your HP LaserJet MFP M233sdw after removing the jammed paper, there are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue.
- Restart the Printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can clear out temporary glitches. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on again.
- Check for Residual Paper: Even though you've removed the jammed paper, there might still be small shreds or bits of paper stuck inside the printer. Carefully inspect the paper path, including the input tray, output tray, toner cartridge area, and any accessible rollers or gears. Use a flashlight if necessary.
- Reset the Printer: Perform a full reset of the printer to clear out any residual errors. You can usually find instructions for resetting your specific model in the printer's manual or on the HP website.
- Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up-to-date. Sometimes, HP release firmware updates to address known issues and improve performance.
By following these steps, you should hopefully be able to resolve the error code 06 on your HP LaserJet MFP M233sdw printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
