I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - An 'Ink System Failure' or 'System Supply Problem' Error Displays
You may also try the steps here - Printhead errors
Make sure you are using HP ink cartridges.
If the error persists, I'm afraid the issue is with the printhead. Replacing a print head will cost you as much as buying a new printer.
If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
