Hey all - (reaching our here as it is impossible to reach HP corporate),

I purchased a HP OfficeJet 8015e All-in-One on July 12, 2023. Serial number is I think 228F5A#B1H . Did not use much and over a month ago, got a fake paper jam message. Spent hours trying to follow tutorials to fix, no luck.  There is no paper jam.  Tried even to buy $120 in new HP ink cartridges to see if that would help. No luck. Tried their support, said 2 year warranty had just expired. Now I am stuck with an HP printer that is in perfect condition, used very little, and new cartridges and even though I already purchased another new HP printer, am stuck with this previous printer and new cartridges that I cannot get refund for once opened from Walmart. What do I do? I feel like HP let me down here, am not happy. Ideally, would like to send this printer to them so  they can fix, recycle, do whatever they wish. And would really expect refund for the new ink cartridges as I have not use for them (new printer used 62 cartridges instead of the 910s. I have been a loyal HP customer since I was a child, just feel let down with what has happened.....?

Thanks,
Joe Alvarez
