Product: HP Envy 7645
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My printer was working fine. I copied one sheet using the flatbed. After that, I got the paper jam message. I did everything in the tutorial, there was no paper jam. Cleaned all the rollers, unplugged everything, restarted, nothing. Message persists. Purchased this printer 12-22-2015, however have not overused it. Is 6 years too old?
