Feed issue

Hello,

I’ve purchased my HP sprocket printer 28th of September last year. 
There’s  a problem with the feed when printing pictures. It takes a small part of the paper and then it stops, seems like it cannot get through. There are no paper jams. 
What can I do next? The website of HP says the guarantee is expired.

I had a feed issue with my automatic document feeder in a different hp printer, but it seemed to be a couple things - the most significant was poor engineering on the part of HP.  My paper would similarly stop half way through.   I would pull it through the other side of the roller on the top ADF, so there wasn't anything wrong with the rollers.  Then I realized, from the back of my mind, having read a post someone had put about whether a white strip of paper was supposed to be there.  Check you printer for that.  There was one strip on the side that didn't seem to have to be there.  Then the strip running along the width of the glass was supposed to be there, BUT I realized that the paper was running into the edge of that strip and stopping.  So, believe it or not, I took a piece of scotch tape (the shiny kind) and put it over that seam.  IT WORKED!  I had spent two hours going through possible fixes direct by HP (mainly cleaning the rollers, etc.) to no avail.  Common sense kicked in, and bada-bing, it's fixed.  Don't know if this will help with your printer, but hopefully so.
