I have been trying to get a replacement for my printer for at least 6 months and I haven't had it a year. I have an extended 2 year warranty and still, no help no matter how many times I reach out. My HP 4155e printer has been nothing but a headache since purchasing. At first, it would not connect to my wifi and I spent three hours "troubleshooting" only to be left with no resolution and that a manager would call back. Well they called 4 days later and wanted to "Troubleshoot" more instead of honoring the warranty. Still no resolution. I stopped using the printer for a month. Tried again and semi worked fine until the colors randomly stopped printing correctly. I was offered new ink cartridges even though the cartridges I was using were brand new. Now, I haven't been able to use this printer since June. I try to use again today and what do you know, the printer isn't pulling in the paper correctly so I keep getting a paper jam issue. I contact support and of course they want to troubleshoot. Nothing works and I'm told my case will be escalated. At this point I have had more issues than use with this printer and would just like my replacement sent or my money back. I am already planning to file complaints with the CFB and BBB. I just need to know who I can contact at HP to file a formal complaint as well. Even trying to post this, I am unable to pick the correct board (printers) because the HP website is engineered so poorly.
