Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Has anyone seen this error before.  Getting Not Shut Down Properly and Paper Jam Error. ‎01-30-2019 08:44 AM Product: HP OfficeJet Pro.  Lost power to printer which generated the above messages.  Have gone through the steps of shutting down/pulling the plug on the back of the printer then removing from wall outlet and waiting 60 seconds or more and trying again with reconnecting everything.  Have even moved the printer to another outlet and same issues.  Anyone have any idea?? Please help!
